Summer training is a bear, but it definitely makes those cooler temps a lot easier to deal with when they arrive - you will feel like Superman.

You got a chance to run in one of my all-time favorite places in Central Park - such a great area, lots of challenging hills and a ton of people to see.  I actually passed Anthony Edwards - &quot;Goose&quot; from Top Gun - on a run through the park last year - was an all-time favorite running moment ....
