Sean - great move seeing the nutritionist and you will see that adding those extra RIGHT calories Sean are going to really fuel you in a big way during your training runs.

Hang in there with the summer Sean - it is a killer for everyone, just focus on the work and the "effort" on your runs and don't get too wrapped up in your splits and times.

A good rule is that for every 5 degrees above 65, you will run :05-:08 seconds slower per mile with the same effort. So a 8:15 minute mile in 80 degree weather you will be able to knock out in 7:50-8:00 in cooler temps like October when you are racing.

You are doing great Sean - keep on truckin' and taking care of that body and mind!

Best from Austin, Joe
